Special Announcement:
It is with a heavy heart that Out of the Woodwork Productions announces the cancellation of the Virginia Renaissance Faire’s 2021 season. We’d really hoped that we could make it work out this year — while vaccines are coming, it will not be possible for our cast and crew to be fully vaccinated in time to open the Faire.
The decision wasn’t made lightly – we know that the Faire is important to so many people. We put a lot of thought into how we could possibly make it work – mitigation, safety measures, shorter season, moving the show dates — but at the end of it all, we don’t feel that we can achieve our two main goals: keeping our community safe while putting on a quality show.
During what would have been our season this year, we’ll be featuring our artisans and entertainers — please support them via purchases, subscriptions, Patreon, even just sharing the posts or commenting on them so that the rest of your friends and the world can also discover how much talent is packed into our show.
